Once your return is approved, we will schedule a return pick-up from your delivery address.
Please ensure the product is returned with all original packaging: box, pouches, invoice, and any free gifts received.
After receiving the return, our team will conduct a quality check.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 48 hours of QC clearance.
If you request an exchange and the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.
Products damaged, worn, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.
👉 Tip: To ensure smooth processing, please share an unboxing video and photos of the product you wish to return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India. Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the location.
Express/Priority Shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹350, delivered within 1–3 business days, subject to pincode availability.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
For COD orders above ₹10,000, a 5% advance is required to prevent fraudulent transactions.
